NICE Guidance
NICE guidelines هي عبارة عن توصيات الممارسة التي تصدر عن خدمات الصحة الوطنية (وزارة الصحة) البريطانية NHS، و هي عبارة عن توصيات Guidelines تبنى بشكل منهجي بناء على الدراسات، المراجعات المنهجية، وضبط الجودة Clinical audits التي تجرى بشكل منهجي في بريطانيا. لا تستهدف تلك التوصيات الأطباء الممارسين فحسب، بل جميع العاملين في المجال الطبي، من ممرضين و فنيين، بالإضافة لعامة الشعب. التوصيات تغطي جميع ما يحتاج الطبيب الممارس لمعرفته حول مرض ما، إبتداء من التشخيص، مروراً بالعلاج و المتابعة، و إنتهاء بالإنذار.
بالنسبة للبرنامج، فهو يقدم تلك التوصيات بشكل منظم و واضح، مرتبة حسب الإختصاص، على إختلافها، و بتصميم متقن، كما يتيح ميزة البحث بالمحتوى، أو حتى حسب تصنيف المرض الذي تبحث عنه.
إن كنت من الأطباء الذين يتحرون الإلتزام بالتوصيات Guidelines، و تهتم بتطبيق الطب المسند للبرهان Evidence Based medicine، أو تخطط لممارسة الطب في المملكة المتحدة، فهذا البرنامج حتماً لك.
تحديث: قامت ال NHS بتحديث التطبيق في العام 2017 مع تجديد واجهة المستخدمة و إضافة الكثير من المميزات الرائعة.
It is the first ever app to contain public health guidance, including topics such as smoking cessation, promoting physical activity, behaviour change and preventing diabetes. It contains all of NICE’s clinical guidelines, including those on COPD, hypertension, stroke, chronic heart failure, atrial fibrillation, head injury, depression, ovarian cancer, UTI in children, anxiety and autism. It also contains all NICE’s technology appraisals, interventional procedures guidance, medical technology and diagnostics guidance.
