يستحق هذا التطبيق بأن يصنف من ضمن أكثر التطبيقات ابتكاراً من حيث الفكرة و المبدأ كما التصميم. يتيح البرنامج لطلاب الطب و المقيمين بمشاركة الحالات التي يودون مناقشتها، في البداية على شكل أسئلة، و من ثم أجوبتها، كما تحوي مكتبة هذا البرنامج الكثير من الأسئلة متعددة الخيارات multiple choice questions (mcq) المفيدة للتحضير للامتحانات على اختلافها (STEP, USMLE, PLAB, MRCS) مع أجوبتها. تصميم البرنامج جميل، و هو لا يحتاج لتسجيل، حيث يمكنك الولوج باستخدام حسابك على فيس بوك، كما أنه بإمكانك أن تكون جزء من هذا النشاط الرائع و تشارك بمشاركة الحالات التي لديك. يحتاج البرنامج للاتصال بالانترنت لمرة واحد لتحميل كل حالة، و من بعدها يقوم بحفظها. من الرائع أيضاً أن البرنامج يتيح لك وضع قائمة باللآلئ السريرية clinical pearls التي أعجبتك لتقوم بقراءتها لاحقاً.
