بتصميم متقن و خبرات عربية من الأردن الهاشمية، يتربع هذا البرنامج على قمة البرامج المصممة للإختصاصيين في مجال العينية. يعتبر البرنامج نسخة مصغرة و خفيفة من Eye Handbook و للأمر فوائد بالطبع. بالاضافة إلى كونه أخف و يشغل مساحة تخزين أقل، فقد وجدت إستعماله أسهل بالمقارنة. يحتوي البرنامج أيضاً كنظيره إختبارات العين و آلة حاسبة لمعظم المعادلات الطبية الرياضية و الصيغ الرياضية المتعلقة بالعينية. بالرغم من كونه أقل شمولية إلا أننا أجده أن لا يقل أهمية و لا إتقاناً برمجياً عن نظرائه، و أنصح به بشدة لأطباء العينية و البصريين opticians، و كل من هو مهتم بهذا المجال.
