تخيل نفسك أمام موقف صعب، يطلب منك حساب معدل تصفية الكرياتنين، أو إنذار رجفان أذيني Atrial Fibrillation باستخدام قاعدة CHADS2، أو Glaskow Coma Scale. الطب مليء بالمعادلات و قوانين الحساب التي يصعب حسابها، و التي نحتاجها بنفس الوقت في ممارستنا السريرية اليومية، و على كثرة تلك المعادلات تنتشر البرامج المصممة للأندرويد التي تقوم بالقيام بالعمليات الحسابية تلك، و ربما إعطاء نبذة نظرية على القاعدة الرياضية الطبية و/أو استثناءاتها.

قمت بتحميل البرنامج بسبب فضولي حقاً في تطبيق الموضوع على أرض الواقع، سواء في المجال الجراحي أو العناية المشددة، و قد وجدت الأمر مثيراً للإعجاب. يحوي البرنامج 36 معادلة رياضية طبية، في مختلف الإختصاصات، مما يجعله حقاً برنامجاً مفيداً للجميع.

ربما لا يكون البرنامج هو الأفضل، لكنني لم أندم مطلقاً على تخصيص جزء من مساحة التخزين على جهازي له.
